Day 01Arrival at Kilimanjaro · Welcome to Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and meet your expedition team for the included transfer to Arusha. Settle into your hotel and receive an introduction to the safari route, photography plans and practical arrangements. Time to rest or explore depends on your arrival schedule.

Day 02Tarangire National Park · Elephants & baobabs
Travel from Arusha to Tarangire for your first game drive. Explore river woodland, open plains and baobab landscapes while looking for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. Your guide will work with the available light and animal activity.

Day 03Tarangire · A full day in the field
Spend the day on guided game drives in Tarangire National Park. Take time to observe behavior and compose wildlife portraits and wider habitat images. Elephants, buffaloes, antelope and birds offer varied possibilities; big-cat encounters depend on conditions and wildlife movements.

Day 04Lake Natron · Flamingos & Rift Valley scenery
Continue to Lake Natron for a different landscape: the Rift Valley lake and views toward Ol Doinyo Lengai. Join the planned afternoon or evening flamingo walk, with opportunities for bird photography and landscape compositions as conditions allow.

Day 05Lake Natron to Serengeti National Park
Travel by road to Serengeti National Park. The source program allows approximately six hours for this transfer, subject to road conditions and stops. Arrive at camp and settle into the savannah setting for the next stage of your expedition.

Day 06Serengeti · Wildlife across the plains
Enjoy a full day of guided game drives through the Serengeti. Look for big cats, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes and birds among grasslands, acacia trees and rocky kopjes. Photography sessions follow animal behavior and the changing light.

Day 07Serengeti · New trails, new perspectives
Continue exploring the Serengeti on guided game drives and move to Hippo Trails Camp. The day offers further opportunities to photograph wildlife interactions and the scale of the plains. The final camp locations and transfer arrangements will be confirmed for your departure.

Day 08Serengeti · Another full day of photography
Spend another full day on guided game drives, allowing time to revisit promising areas and seek different wildlife subjects. Your leader and local guide adjust the day to sightings, light and conditions, with time for both detailed portraits and animals in their habitat.

Day 09Ngorongoro Crater · Wildlife in a volcanic landscape
Travel onward to Ngorongoro and descend into the crater for a guided game drive. Look for lions, hyenas, elephants, hippos and other wildlife, with black rhinoceros among the possible highlights. The transfer and crater visit will be coordinated around the confirmed camp location, access arrangements and driving time.

Day 10Return to Arusha
Return by road from the Ngorongoro area to Arusha. Settle back into Greenside Hotel, with time to rest after the safari and reflect on the wildlife encounters and photographs collected along the route.

Day 11Kilimanjaro Airport · Departure
Transfer from Arusha to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward flight. Your transfer time will be arranged around the confirmed flight schedule. Flights to and from Tanzania, including connections to any other African destination, are not included.

- All meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner during the expedition. Arrival and departure day arrangements will be coordinated with your flights.
- Professional guiding, the scheduled game drives, Lake Natron flamingo walk and activities described in the itinerary.
- Ground transportation for the itinerary, including airport pickup and drop-off at Kilimanjaro; Arusha Airport arrangements can be confirmed on request.
- Applicable park fees and taxes/VAT included in the confirmed quotation.
- Drinking water and Flying Doctors service as specified in the final booking; service coverage will be confirmed before payment.

- All flights to and from Tanzania or any other African destination, including international, regional and inter-country flights.
- Travel insurance, visa fees, personal purchases and gratuities.
- Additional accommodation or services before or after the expedition, optional activities and any single-room supplement quoted separately.
- Government-imposed increases in taxes or park fees after quotation, as detailed in the final booking terms.

Bring a telephoto lens for wildlife, a wider lens for landscapes, spare batteries and memory cards, and protection for equipment during dusty road transfers. Pack layers for cool mornings and sun protection for the day.
The safari combines game drives, road transfers and a planned flamingo walk at Lake Natron. Share any mobility needs or preferences during planning so we can confirm appropriate arrangements.
Your leader will brief you on each day’s plans. Wildlife sightings depend on conditions and cannot be guaranteed; follow your guide’s instructions throughout the safari.

The following refund terms apply to cancellations received before the tour’s departure date:
